Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By downloading Bitcoin Factory, using the app, or browsing this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site. Licensed app use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and App Store terms.
2. The product
Bitcoin Factory is an idle crypto mining tycoon / deep incremental strategy game for iOS. Features may include fictional Satoshi production, factory automation, Algorithm Lab compute, DeFi-style simulation pools, combat, space progression, prestige, offline earnings, and optional in-app purchases. Features may change with updates. Pricing and availability of IAPs are shown in the App Store and can vary by region.
3. Not real mining; not financial advice
- Nothing in the game or on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
- In-game “mining,” “Satoshis,” “Bitcoin,” “DeFi,” and related terms are entertainment themes only.
- The app does not connect to real blockchains for mining payouts or custody of real assets.
- Do not make real-money decisions based on gameplay outcomes.
4. License & acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal entertainment on devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attack game integrity in ways that harm other players or services
- Scrape or overload our hosting endpoints beyond normal browsing
- Misrepresent the app as a real mining, wallet, or investment product
- Use the app or site for unlawful purposes
5. Purchases & refunds
Optional purchases are sold and fulfilled through Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s App Store refund policies. We do not process card payments directly.
6. Intellectual property
Bitcoin Factory name, game design, art, audio, and site content are owned by Furlan Paolo or licensed to us. “Bitcoin” as a real network is not owned by us; we use crypto themes for fiction only and are not affiliated with Bitcoin Core or any exchange.
7. Disclaimers
The app and site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted play, error-free software, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond entertainment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the app or site.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
