Restore purchases

In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Use the in-app restore control if available, or reinstall and sign in with the same Apple ID. For refunds, use Apple’s purchase history / report a problem flow.

Progress lost?

Saves are stored on device. Reinstalling or switching devices can reset progress unless you restored from a full device backup. Tell us your situation and app version and we will help if a recovery path exists for that build.

Is this real Bitcoin mining?

No. Bitcoin Factory is a game. It does not mine or pay real cryptocurrency. See Terms for details.
