1. Who we are

2. What the app does with data
- Game saves & preferences — Stored on your device. Delete the app (and any device backups you control) to remove local progress.
- Purchases — Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Notifications — If you enable notifications, Apple delivers them according to your iOS settings. You can disable them anytime in Settings.
- Diagnostics — If crash or analytics tooling is present in a given build, it is used only to improve stability — not to sell advertising profiles. You can limit tracking system-wide in iOS Settings.
3. What this website collects
This marketing site is a static Firebase Hosting site. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) may be processed by the host for security and reliability. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site. Contact emails you send are used only to respond to support or press requests.
4. What we do not do
- We do not mine, store, or transfer real Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency on your behalf.
- We do not require an account to play the core game.
- We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
- We do not show third-party ads in the game.
5. Children
Bitcoin Factory is rated 4+ and is a general-audience entertainment game. It is not directed at children under 13 for personal-data collection purposes. If you believe a child has provided personal information via email support, contact us and we will delete it where applicable.
6. Third parties
Apple provides the App Store and In-App Purchase. Their handling of data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. Hosting for this website is provided by Google Firebase Hosting under their terms.
7. Your choices
- Delete the app to remove local saves from the device (subject to backups you control).
- Manage Apple ID, purchase history, and notifications in iOS Settings / App Store.
- Email us to ask privacy questions or request deletion of correspondence we hold.
8. International users
The app and site may be accessed worldwide. Data processed by Apple or hosting providers may be stored in the United States or other regions where those providers operate, subject to their safeguards.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
